I respect your privacy and will not share or sell your email address.

CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICIES:

Life happens, and I understand that! In order to continue providing the best possible services and scheduling options for my guests, I do require 48-hour notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit.

Should you cancel your appointment with less than a 48-hour notice, 100% of a service fee will be due before a new appointment can be scheduled.

No-show appointments will be charged a cancelation fee of 100% of service, as well as a rebooking fee of $50 for first-time no-show appointments. Should you miss a second appointment with no notice, you will be charged a fee for the total service cost that was scheduled; all future appointments will require prepayment.

SERVICE RE-DO POLICY

Please don’t hesitate to reach out! If you have any concerns or questions or are having any challenges with your skin or body, please let me know within 3 days of your visit. I am happy to correct any issues- within reason- at no additional cost, within 2 weeks of your original service.

Kindly note, there are NO REFUNDS on services provided.

All transactions are final sale. All purchases for services rendered and products sold are non-refundable. NO REFUNDS

LATE APPOINTMENT POLICY

If you happen to be running late- 15 minutes or so- please contact me as soon as possible. In order to provide the best possible service, I do my best to remain on time. Out of respect for all of my guests with scheduled appointments, I cannot guarantee all, or any, of the services scheduled, will be performed and may result in a service cancelation fee of up to 100% of service. CREDIT, FsA, or HSA Card ON FILE

A credit card is required to reserve all appointments, including consultations. Your card will only be charged, with your permission, during check out after service, product sale, or in accordance with the late/No show policy. Now expecting FSA and HSA cards for payment. (Please note FSA/HSA card providers can decline transactions based on their restrictions) Can be applied when booking like a credit card.

COVID - 19 SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

All clients are required to fill out a Covid-19 Waiver. There are no common waiting areas in Sola Salon Suites. All customers must have an appointment to enter the building. Sola Salon Suites Charlottesville’s main ventilation system includes an air-purifying system from Global Plasma Solutions. Widely used in hospitals, universities, and Google facilities. It utilizes sage, naturally occurring positive and negative ions to clean the air. It kills viruses (Covid-19), bacteria, and mold. It has also been treated with Enviro-Shield through Jan-Pro. A fogging procedure which kills viruses (Covid-19) and bacteria on surfaces for 6 months per application. DreaTchal Corrective Studio provides an additional air purifying, HEPA filtration system with the Blueair Blue Pure 411+ Air Purifier.


BOOKING APPOINTMENTS OUTSIDE OF NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS

If you are in a situation where you need to schedule an appointment outside of normal business hours, I am happy to accommodate, if possible.

Please note, that all appointments scheduled outside of normal business hours will be charged at premium pricing.
